I've always been the person behind the scenes making sure the vision actually happens. Asking the extra questions, anticipating friction before it becomes a fire, getting the right people aligned before momentum stalls.

Over the past seven years I've led cross-functional teams across SaaS, aerospace, and advertising. I've managed backlogs, run Agile ceremonies across time zones, and built systems that held up under pressure.

My strength isn't just generating ideas. It's structuring them. Turning ambiguity into a plan, a plan into coordinated action, and action into measurable outcomes.

I'm comfortable owning the details and keeping momentum steady when pressure rises. These days I'm also building AI agents and automation workflows into how I operate — using GenAI to move faster, document smarter, and reduce the noise that slows teams down. Right now I'm freelancing and open to full-time PM and Ops roles.
